Sales Policy

These conditions are important for both you and Eurocongres, as they have been designed to create a legally binding agreement between us, protecting your rights as a customer and ours as a company.

Please read these conditions and our privacy policy carefully before confirming your payment to place the order.

Currently, the contracting of products and services through eurocongres.es can only be done in Spanish.

Eurocongres will not keep a copy of these conditions linked to each purchase, so we recommend that you keep a copy of them for each purchase.

Order

Placing an order on eurocongres.es implies full and complete acceptance of the prices, the description of the products for sale, and the general conditions of sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

You agree to use the website to make legally valid inquiries or orders. You also commit to providing us with your email address, postal address, and/or other contact details accurately and correctly, acknowledging that we may use this information to contact you if necessary, in accordance with our privacy policy. If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we will not be able to process your order correctly. By placing an order through eurocongres.es, you guarantee that you are fully authorized to use the corresponding credit or debit card, if you choose such a method of payment. Only individuals with the legal capacity to enter into contracts relating to the class of goods and services proposed on this website can place orders on eurocongres.es.

To place an order, you must follow the online purchase process to payment. Once the above process is completed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”).

Availability

Products are not offered but payment for different services on this website, so the availability of such services will be on the website.

If you do not want a service, there will always be a return policy associated with that service described on the purchase page to refund the amount you may have paid minus management expenses or according to dates before the service.

Delivery

Eurocongres sells services, not products, and is committed to sending the purchased services to your email or home address or to another physical person different from the one who places the order, provided that the delivery address is located in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands.

In order to optimize delivery, we appreciate you indicating an address where the order can be delivered during regular business hours.

For the purposes of these Conditions, it shall be understood that the "delivery" has been made or the product(s) have been "delivered" at the moment of signing for the receipt of them at the agreed delivery address, or that the email shipment has been made correctly if there has not been contact with Eurocongres by the client.

Prices

The prices of the products will be those published on Eurocongres at any given time. These prices include the VAT in force. The price must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Eurocongres reserves the right to modify at any time the sales prices listed on eurocongres.es, but the items will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed subject to availability on that date.

Cancellations

The Customer may request the cancellation of any order in accordance with the specific conditions of each service indicated at the time of purchase. The company accepts order cancellations through Customer Service either by email sent to our email or by phone at 958 209 361.

Service Returns

In cases where you consider that the service does not comply with what was stipulated, you must contact us immediately by our email or phone, providing the service details as well as the reason. Once the notification is received by Eurocongres, we will contact you to inform you about how to proceed. The refund will be made to the same credit card used to pay for the purchase. Payment Methods

The payment of orders can be made using the following methods:

  • Bank transfer or deposit

Eurocongres reserves the right to change the payment methods, being able to create new ones or eliminate some of the existing ones, without the user/client of eurocongres.es being able to make claims for this reason. However, if the change in the payment method affected an order already made, from eurocongres.es we would contact the client to inform them of such change, offering the option to cancel the order if they consider it appropriate.

The charge on your card is made in real time through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity and once it has been verified that the communicated data is correct.

With the aim of providing maximum security to the payment process, eurocongres.es uses secure payment systems from leading financial entities. You can find additional information about the security of your data in the privacy policy section.

Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if such entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and we will not be able to formalize any Contract with You.

Eurocongres reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the client and to take the measures it deems appropriate (including the cancellation of the order) to ensure compliance with these conditions.

Warranty of the Products/Services Purchased

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Eurocongres is responsible for the lack of conformity that appears within two years from delivery.

In case of lack of conformity, you must inform us within two months since you became aware of it through our email eurocongres@eurocongres.es indicating your data, the number of your purchase invoice, and the detected anomaly. The failure to meet this deadline will not imply the loss of the warranty, but You will nevertheless be responsible for the damages or losses caused by the delay in communication. In the case of a manufacturing defect, Eurocongres will be responsible for the return costs, as well as the expenses related to labor and materials. Normally they are services not physical products, so the costs would be bank processing expenses.
